At Matt's Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. If your order isn't quite right, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
